How Can I be Productive When Overwhelmed?

There is a way to overcome these challenges and create success without fear and anxiety.

We dive into what will help you propel your growth over the next 12 months, and help you to actualise the very things you want to achieve in your life. 

To truly uplevel your life and succeed, it’s crucial to understand and use the Science of the Nafs psychology.

I  know many of you folk want to take action, and you’re forever thinking about strategies and the how-to’s to create the results you want, I’m the same.

However, if you jump straight to the actions, the strategies and the how-to’s then you’re going to have more of the productive overwhelm without the results.

It’s natural to focus on action and strategy but it’s so important to know that productivity alone doesn’t guarantee results.

Yes, you’ve got to do all that stuff. However, the productivity I see very often is that we’re just super busy in our minds with scattered thinking, without the actual productivity.

An overwhelmed, scattered mind can lead to scattered results.

To achieve meaningful change, shift your focus from taking endless actions to a balanced, calm and empowered mind.

Your mind drives all of your behavioural responses, and the results that you’re creating.


If you’re ready to break free from the cycle of overwhelming productivity and achieve a year of meaningful growth, follow these simple steps:

  1. Make the Decision: Decide that this year is your year of growth. 
  2. Prioritise Mind Health: Your mind is the lens through which you experience the world. Recognise that your mental well-being is paramount.
  3. Embrace “Be, Do, Achieve”: Define your Success and become the person you envision yourself being a year from now. Your actions will naturally follow from this shift.

Strive for progress, not perfection. 

  1. Lead Your Mind: Take charge of your mind and emotions. Your mind is steering your actions and behaviours.

If you do this, you’re going to have the most amazing year Insha’Allah.
