The Clear Path From Fear & Uncertainty to Hope & Loving Life

What plans do we have for this Ramadan? 

I work in the field of human behaviour, psychology, and theology. My focus has always been on how we behave and experience life because I love to live my best life.

So I share with you how to go from fear and uncertainty, to create that sense of hope, love, expectation, fulfilment, and absolute life transformation.

In Surah Al Baqarah, verse 183, Allah talks about the purpose of fasting. It’s so that we may become of the Muttaqun.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ

“O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous”

Allah tells us the reason.

So that you may become of the God-fearing, the God-loving.

You may become people who fear, who love, people who hope, people who exceed their own expectations.

You may become firmly grounded, deeply connected, or a super achiever.

You may overcome any obstacle that you’re currently facing, and  create the most loving relationships, especially if you struggle with your husband or your wife, especially if you struggle with your kids, especially if you struggle just to connect to people in general. 

And then we have a situation where you may become the people who don’t worry about finances anymore.

So, are you focused on becoming the Muttaqun, those that Allah describes?

They are people who have fear but it’s in the correct place. 

They preserve themselves using that fear. They don’t destroy themselves using it. They are people who have hope for a solution.

They have hope in the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth and they know that they’ll never be left without their needs. 

It’s only in the remembrance of Allah, it’s only in the connection, only in that loving expectation that you will find your contentment, your peace, your resilience, everything you need.

Our lives change during Ramadan. We transform and we’ve always done it, maybe without noticing.

In the Science of the Nafs, we do a total transformation. It covers spiritual, psychological, and physiological aspects.

Whatever your challenge is, you’re going to find some very fundamental shifts that happen this Ramadan Insha’Allah.

Some people might think this transformation is unrealistic, but it’s not. It’s very realistic and achievable with Divine Guidance and determination. 

You can do it with the aid and the help of the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth. You don’t have to be in a state of constantly struggling.

You can handle anything that comes your way. You can reset your inner tranquillity, find that natural state of inner peace, and you can become the most confident person you’ve ever been in your life. 

That’s the shift that we focus on creating in Ramadan. This is for you if you’re ready to connect and understand at a deeper level and you’re ready to deal with your fears.
