All humans are goal-driven. We’re driven to achieve things. 

It’s an innate desire and when you’re unable to, it affects you. It impacts your state of mind, your emotions, and your physical body, and when you’re effected on these three levels, it impacts your whole life.

What we believe about ourselves, what we think about our Creator, and what we believe about our future will impact your life.

Belief about your future is the most important as it will either compel you forward in your life, or slow you down and keep you feeling stuck. 

Allah (swt) tells us that He will not change the condition of a people until they change themselves.

This is implicit and explicit. We can create change in the world. 

You’re not stuck because you’re not smart or resourceful enough or don’t have enough. 

You have everything you need to create results and momentum.

BRICK-BY-BRICK MOMENTUM 

It’s like building a brick wall. You build it by placing one brick at a time. 

If you place one brick at a time, you’re not overwhelmed by a ton of bricks that are too heavy for you.

In the same way, trying to deal with your whole life all in one go, will be too heavy and it will overwhelm you and weigh you down. 

Beliefs drive everything so when you’re under pressure, you’re going to feel like you can’t create results in your life.

If you believe you can’t do it, you   won’t do it.

Change starts internally so YOU need to solve it. It starts with what you believe.

It’s an internal thing. 

TRUSTING ALLAH

Allah built us to be amazing so we can do a lot, we’ve been created to do amazing things.

We can do a lot, but not when you’re driven by fear, anxiety, worry, pressure, overwhelm. These emotions only drive you downwards. 

Burnout can be avoided by slowing down the mind. As your mind controls your life.

Creating a secure connection to Allah helps you to become the person you were created to be.

It’s not about doing more. 

Allah will not judge you by all of the things that you’ve done. Allah will judge you by the state of your heart; which is your mind.

You have to focus on the mind, taking control and changing the mind. 

True transformation isn’t doing a million things.

When you decide on excitement and a compelling future that you are about to create, you will love your life. 

You’ll love every day of it.
