Facing Your Fears and Living Your Dreams
Whether you’re striving for personal growth, professional success, or a mixture of both. In this episode we give you profound insights into conquering fears and embracing your dreams.
If you’re into self-development, and creating the best possible life for yourself, and I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t be. Then you already know that goal setting is essential in getting things done.
However, what I often find when I coaching or training my coaches, is that they need help with goal setting. This is one area they seem to struggle with.
There are some pretty good reasons why they struggle with it.
One of the biggest is, if not the biggest, is the fear of failure.
Think about a time when you set a “scary big” goal for yourself, but then you put it aside because you thought it was just not possible, way beyond what you’re capable of.
I understand that pain, that sting of failure is what you don’t want. You don’t want to feel like a failure, a loser or whatever it is you say to yourself when you fail.
We all fail our way through life. That’s how every human being lives, but how we see that failure is the differentiating factor.
Goals are great! And it’s something I personally try to live by. I love them too just like you, but the most important thing for me is that I live them, I take action to make them happen.
What really matters is that I live that goal now, in the present.
I love the future when I imagine what it’s going to be like. But I’m doing all the imagining right now, I’m not waiting to get to my goal.
The future is out there, and I imagine a great one, but the true gold is in the present moment.
The way we do this, is to embrace the current moment as the best moment you’re ever going to experience, right now!
What I often see is that the biggest dissatisfaction comes from people that don’t accept their current moment.
Because they built up this big story in their minds about how this moment is the worst moment in the world, or it’s terrible, or dull.
If you want to achieve goals in life, you have to love where you are right now. Love the simplicity of life. Love it just the way it is.
Reality is something that you can love, and embracing this current reality helps you with your love of Allah.
You will love the way things are, the blessings, and you will appreciate the current moment.
If you can love and appreciate the present, then as you move along the journey to your future, you will enjoy all the moments on your way there.
Don’t let fear of the future or fear about the past steal the blessings you already have in your life.
Appreciating the present takes away all the drama that’s going on in the mind, look around and you will see lots of reasons to be grateful.
There are lots of reasons to be happy.
To build your dream life, you can start small. Live your goals in the moment and you will love your life. You’ll be excited every day because you know that you are building dreams.

We have the ability to do it because Allah (swt), the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth has given us the ability and all of the resources that we need to make it happen right now.
